1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SuperaCRM ("the Service"), available at superacrm.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SuperaCRM is an AI-native customer relationship management (CRM) platform designed for small businesses. The Service provides client management, product catalog management, invoice creation, PDF export, dashboard analytics, and AI-powered assistant features.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Upload malicious code or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the Service, including client information, product data, and invoices. We do not claim any ownership rights over your data. You may export your data at any time.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance.

7. Pricing and Payment

The core features of SuperaCRM are currently offered free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or plans in the future. Any pricing changes will be communicated to users in advance, and existing users will not lose access to features they were using for free.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for export, after which it may be permanently deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riga, Latvia.
