Product Catalog

Maintain your product and service catalog with prices, units, and VAT rates. Always ready for invoicing.

Define products with name, description, unit price (EUR), measurement unit, and VAT rate. When creating invoices, select a product and all fields auto-fill — saving time and reducing errors. Default VAT rate is 21% (Latvian standard).

Smart Invoicing

Create professional invoices in seconds. Auto-numbering, status tracking, and client auto-fill included.

Invoices are automatically numbered in INV-YYYYMM-NNN format. Add multiple line items, each with quantity, unit price, and VAT. The system calculates subtotals, VAT, and grand total server-side for accuracy. Track status through the full lifecycle: Draft → Sent → Paid (or Cancelled).

PDF Export

Generate beautiful PDF invoices with your company branding. Download or send directly to clients.

Each invoice can be exported as a professionally formatted PDF. Your company logo, name, registration number, VAT number, address, and bank details are included automatically from your organization settings. PDFs are generated server-side using React PDF for consistent output.

The dashboard gives you an instant overview: total clients, products, invoices, and revenue. See recent invoices with their status and amounts. All numbers update in real-time as you add data — no need to refresh or wait for reports.

AI Assistant

Create clients, invoices, and get reports using natural language. Voice input supported.

The AI assistant understands commands like 'create a client SIA Example' or 'make an invoice for last month's work'. It can search your data, create records, and generate summaries. Supports both text and voice input (via OpenAI Whisper). Works in English and Latvian.

Multi-language

Full support for English and Latvian. Switch languages instantly — your data stays the same.

The entire interface, including forms, buttons, error messages, and PDF invoices, is available in both English and Latvian. Switch with one click from the sidebar or landing page. The AI assistant also responds in the language you write to it.
